Arsenal Nike Womens Soccer Cleats manager Arsene Wenger has warned Tottenham they face a ‘difficult’ period ahead once they have built their new stadium.

The Frenchman has learned first-hand the financial implications of constructing a new ground, having wrestled with tight transfer budgets for a number of seasons following the club’s move to the Emirates Stadium in 2006.

Tottenham have already hit a significant set-back in their plan to move to a new 56,000-seater ground adjacent to White Hart Lane; forced to spend a season ground-sharing elsewhere due to a dispute with the last remaining landowner at Northumberland Park.

And ahead of the north London derby at the Emirates, live on Saturday Night Football on Sky Sports 1HD on Saturday, Wenger has suggested Women Nike Mercurial Vapor X things could only get worse.

"If you look at the history of all the English clubs who have built a new stadium, and look at where they have finished in the league, then it tells you how difficult it is,” he said.

“I always knew it would be the most sensitive period in the club's history. When we had to be in the Champions League, just financially, and would get to April, not in the Women Hypervenom Phantom top four – the stress was terrible.

“You feel the future of the club is at stake and you do not have a lot of margin for error. Every point you lose can be dramatic.”

Tottenham insist they are continuing "discussions with multiple providers of finance" in the search of "the optimum financing package for the project"  – and Wenger has urged them to take that help.

"If an owner comes in and says ‘I will put £400million in to buy the stadium' then it is easy but the way we did it is the hardest way,” he said.

“We had no outside Women Mercurial Superfly IV red financial help and had to negotiate with the banks just to get the money at the start - and let’s not forget we paid £120m just for the land. In the end we built the stadium for £400million. Today it would cost £600m or £700m.”
