'Pawn Stars' 'Just Shoe It' Recap

In this week's second episode of "Pawn Stars," Chumlee and Rick look at a collection of Nike shoes that are worth one million dollars.
The show starts with Chumlee and the Old Man talking about which one of them has more style. The older man says that Chum looks like a "dufus" and Chum says that the Old Man looks worse because he wears a fedora.
Rick is working hard in the shop talking with a man who has an Arnold & Son 206 Longitude II watch that he'd like to sell. The watch can be used to navigate. It's complicated to use but very accurate. The owner wants $5,000 but Rick says it isn't a Rolex or anything like that and offers $2,500. The man comes down to $4,200 and Rick goes up to $3,100. The owner agrees. Deal!
Chumlee is upset because he almost made a deal buying basketball shoes. The deal fell through because the owner sold his collection to someone else. The Old Man says that buying shoes is nuts but Chum says that the shop can make a lot of money selling shoes and sneakersDiscount Jordans For Sale. Rick and Corey agree with Chum and tells him that he can look into finding another shoe deal. Rick also said that Chum will get 2% of any shoe deal he makes.
Corey and Chum speak with a man who wants to sell his collection of handcuffs. The owner was a corrections officer and collected them. He has different kids of "hand restraints" some of which reminds Corey of a torture device. The former officer has 80 pieces which Corey thinks is creepy.
Magician Murray Sawchuck is called in to look at the collection. The cuffs are all real and some are worth as much as $700 - $1,000 for just one piece. The full collection is worth $10,000. The owner would like $12,000 but Chum says that if they were sold one piece at a time it might be worth it but the cuffs will be sold all together. The man's asking price goes down to $9,000 and Corey offers $7,500. Eventually they make a deal at $8,100.
The Old Man and Corey look at a panoramic picture that was taken in Las Vegas of WWII soldiers that a customer, Jack, brought in to sell. The Old Man likes anything that has to do with WWII and says that half the men shown in this picture didn't return home. He said that they were the real Greatest Generation.
Jack, the owner, wants $500 for it but Corey says it's only worth $40 - $50. Jack comes down to $400 and the Old Man offers $75 because he wants it for himself to hang in the store. Jack then asks for $300 and the Old Man goes up to $100. No deal Cheap Kevin Durant Elite Sale!
Chum finds the world's largest collection of Nike shoes and sneakers at ShoeZeum. He takes Rick with him to look at the collection. The owner has the shoes separated by the different kinds of shoes and sneakers. Basketball sneakers are in one area, running shoes in another, and on and on. There are thousands of shoes and sneakers in this collection. One pair of sneakers alone are worth $1,700.
The owner wants $1,000,000 for all of them. Chum tells Rick to buy the shoes. Rick thinks that it could be a good deal but not at $1,000,000. He offers $300,000 because it might take him years to sell the collection. The man goes down to $900,000 and Rick goes up to $500,000. The man goes down to $800,000. Rick's last offer is $550,000 but the owner won't sell his collection for such a low price. No deal Cheap Lebrons 12 Elite.
Chum tells Rick, "You're really missing out." But Rick explains that the deal just wasn't right. Chum then asks Rick if he'll at least buy them a second lunch. Rick agrees; but when Chum asks for a drink, Rick refuses. The "Pawn Stars" can't get everything they want.
